 Moon Bloodgood is an American actress and model.  She starred in the hit film Eight Below.  She is of Dutch, Irish, Korean and Native American descent. She is a former cheerleader for the Lakers.

Engaged to actor and singer Eric Balfour (April 24, 2005). Ranked as #99 in Maxim magazine Hot 100 of 2005 list, and was later ranked #53[1] in 2006

Bloodgood is currently starring alongside Taye Diggs in the American Broadcasting Company's (ABC) series Day Break. She portrays Rita Shelten, the girlfriend of a detective who is framed for murder and arrested in the span of a day but continually finds himself reliving that same day.
