Allen Payne (born July 7, 1968) is an American film and television actor. He was born in Harlem, New York City, New York.
Allen's first exposure on television was in 1990 on the sitcom The Cosby Show, and on its spin-off A Different World in 1992. During two seasons, he made several appearances portraying the character Lance Rodman.
Allen has appeared in many films, including New Jack City and Jason's Lyric. He has also studied dance. He currently stars in Tyler Perry's House of Payne.
