Caitlin Wachs (born March 15, 1989 in Eugene, Oregon) is an American teen actress.
Wachs (pronounced "wax") was nicknamed Cat and Shimmer. Her parents are Allan and Patrice Wachs. She has a brother, Whitman Wachs, who was born in 2000. She acted alongside Ally Walker and Robert Davi in Profiler. She played Rebecca Calloway on the series Commander in Chief.
