Julie Carmen (born 4 April 1954) is an American actor who achieved moderate success as an actress in the 1980s. She is perhaps best known as her portrayal of vampiress Regine in Fright Night II, but also played memorable characters in Robert Redford's The Milagro Beanfield War and John Carpenter's In the Mouth of Madness. After a brief stint of teaching yoga in Hawaii, Carmen recently completed her masters and is in training to become a psychotherapist. During the mid 1970s she participated in drama therapy workshops for inmates and ex-offenders with the groundbreaking Cell Block Theater based in New York City.
