Mark Thomas Valley (born December 24, 1964) is an American actor.
Born in Ogdensburg, New York, Valley is a 1987 graduate of the United States Military Academy and served in Operation Desert Storm.
He is best known to fans as "Brad Chase", the put-upon attorney constantly belittled by Alan Shore (played by Emmy winner James Spader) on Boston Legal, a spinoff of the television series The Practice.
Other roles of Valley's include the popular Jack Deveraux on the NBC soap opera Days of our Lives from 1994 to 1997. In 2003, Valley landed the role of "Det. Eddie Arlette", an American policeman in London, on Keen Eddie. The show, however, was cancelled by Fox TV during its first season.
Valley plays Robert Kennedy in Emilio Estevez's movie Bobby released in November 2006.
