Michael Beach (born October 30, 1963) is a Cape Verdean/ American actor. He attended the prestigious Noble and Greenough school in Massachusetts on scholarship from ABC (A Better Chance). He was introduced to acting when he was sidelined by a lacrosse injury during high school by a classmate. After high school he went on to graduate from New York City's Juilliard School, and performed in many off-Broadway and regional theater plays before starring in Los Angeles theater productions of Ascension Day and Much Ado About Nothing, and eventually breaking into film and television.
A divorced father of four, he resides in Los Angeles with his girlfriend, actress Elisha Wilson.
