Nancy Travis (born September 21, 1961 in New York City to an English father and an Italian-American mother and raised in Massachusetts) is an American actress best known for supporting roles in both movies and television.
In 1994 Travis married former President and CEO of Savoy Pictures Robert N. Fried. She was most recently seen on the television sitcom Becker from 2002 to 2004.
