Peter O'Fallon is an American director, producer and writer for television productions. His works include Cupid and the mystery TV-series Mysterious Ways. He has also directed an episode of Prison Break (Episode 2x05 Map 1213) and Blade: The Series (Episode 1x01 Pilot).

He has two feature films to his credit. The Suicide Kings was directed in 1998, and A Rumor of Angels in 2002.
