Sean Patrick Flanery (b. October 11, 1965 in Lake Charles, Louisiana, USA) is an Irish-American actor.
Flanery was raised in Houston, Texas, and after attending Awty International School, and graduating from Dulles High School, he attended the University of St. Thomas in Houston.
Flanery later moved to Los Angeles, California in order to pursue his acting career. Since 1988, he has appeared in over 53 films including Boondock Saints, Powder, Simply Irresistible and D-Tox.
However he is best known for playing Indiana Jones in the television series The Young Indiana Jones Chronicles.
He started acting in college after he joined an acting class to meet a girl that he had a crush on.
He has a purple belt in brazilian jiu-jitsu and a black belt in karate.
