Tobias Menzies, born March 7, 1974, is a British actor who has appeared predominantly in television roles, most notably as Marcus Junius Brutus in series 1 of the BBC/HBO series Rome.
Before Rome, most of his appearances had been confined to British television, appearing in series such as Midsomer Murders, A Very Social Secretary, Casualty and Foyle's War.
He had a small role as a theatre patron in the 2004 movie Finding Neverland, and features in the 2006 reboot of the James Bond franchise, Casino Royale. He plays the character of Villiers, who is an aide to Judi Dench's M.
He was also noted for his role as Hamlet in Rupert Goold's Hamlet at the Royal Theatre.
