What you'll need:

For GoGo Yubari:

• White blouse/button-up
• Solid red bow tie
• Black/dark blue blazer
• Dark plaid skirt
• White knee-high socks
• White sneakers
• Long, straight, black hair
• Short blade or dagger or a spiked mace

For Crazy 88:

• Plain black suit
• White dress shirt
• Black necktie
• Black Zorro mask
• Samurai sword

The final battle between The Bride and O-Ren Ishii may have been the climax of Kill Bill Vol. I, but the real treat came just moments before with the appearance of schoolgirl assassin GoGo Yubari and the Crazy 88. The good news for you aspiring killer schoolgirls is that it's relatively easy. For GoGo, you may need to scour a thrift store or two if you don't already have a dark blazer or dark plaid skirt, but once you've got those, the rest of the ensemble shouldn't be too difficult to put together. The same can be said for the Crazy 88 costume, for which you may need to pick up one of those $2 plastic Zorro masks they sell in party stores; aside from that, if you've got a black suit and tie, you're good to go. The most difficult items for both costumes are the weapons; most people don't have samurai swords mounted above their fireplaces or stored in their garages, but it shouldn't be too hard to find cheap plastic ones at any costume or party shop. GoGo's chained mace ball would be a nice touch, but it's both difficult to find and difficult to recreate, so we decided her short sword would be sufficient to achieve the effect.
