This summer's Dark Knight not only broke box office records, it introduced us to Heath Ledger's insanely unbalanced Joker -- one of the best villains in recent memory. To embody his most unusual outfit, you'll need a plain white nurse's uniform, which many thrift stores should carry on the cheap. As for the face, slap down a few dollars for white face makeup, paint black eyeshadow liberally around the eyes and achieve Joker's creepy mouth by applying red lipstick like a five year old, extending the "lips" halfway to your ears. Leave your hair unwashed for, oh, about two weeks and string it out haphazardly, and bam! You are now an agent of chaos.
