Trailer Bulletin: 10,000 B.C.
Did you know everyone spoke English 12,000 years ago?

Got a hankering for some big-budget woolly mammoth action? Here comes Roland Emmerich's 10,000 B.C. to the rescue!

The full-length feature won't arrive in theaters until March 7, but thanks to CHUD-- which has an exclusive on the trailer -- you can get an early look right now. With Emmerich behind the camera, you know what to expect: namely, plenty of grandiose action, with a heaping helping of giant beasts and portentous dialogue. Follow the link below for a few minutes of QuickTime-rendered loincloths and saber-toothed tigers!

oh, diiiiinos! i saw the words woolly mammoth and i thought this was a rosie odonnell flick. the only competition it really has is the Ice Age movies and the never ending Land Before Time flix with that genre. i swear, by the time my son grows up and he's my age...my grandkid will be watching Land Before Time, the prequel to the sequel of the trilogy...sing-a-long!

scorpion king wasn't THAT bad. ok, it wasn't that good but, c'mon...how much can you complain watching Kelly Hu?? good lord...

It doesn't take a hero.

It takes a few fanatics and four planes...

this is basically apocalypto but in english. my guess is the only reason for it being 10000 BC is that they wanted wooly mammoths and sabre toothed tigers in it. which reminds me of the snakes on a plane logic--take a few things you think people will like and throw them together, except SOAP did it with a wink and a nudge to the audience, not to mention Samuel L Jackson. this movie looks like it takes itself seriously, which means it will end up being worse than bad--it'll be boring.

What a stupid bunch of nay-sayers and complainers.

It should be LAW that you people shouldnt be allowed to watch movies.

Its just a movie, looks like entertaining summer fun to me, a few cool effects and and plenty of action. Whats wrong with you all? Maybe you wouldve prefferd a remake of something or a sequel?

And WTF? How can you compare this to Ice-age? Thats a cartoon! Thats like comparing finding nemo to Jaws.

Sounds to me youv all become so bitter, that NO movie ever could possibly entertain you ever. Do yourselves a favour, go read your books and quit posting here on a MOVIE site.

What i don't understand is why no one is even giving this a chance. Maybe it might actually be entertaining. Trailers don't show how amazing a movie is going to be proof of that is Spiderman 3. So before you condemn this wait till it comes out and you watch it.

The teaser and the trailer look pretty good. The first hero part is a little cheesy but what do you expect. I liked Apacolypto (i hope spelled right) so I can appreciate a movie like this.

the internet gives us free speech to say things we wont say in real life public, mainly complaining.

its from Emmerich, which means this will become a summer blockbuster though i think he i kinda overrated. Independence day was the only film i enjoyed watching, the next 3 films WERE boring. hell Emmerich even butchered my childhood fav monster godzilla.

but i do have positive expectation for this. at least Emmerich knows what he's doing and knows like bay how to make a summer fun movie.

I'm not usually one for the trashy movies, but this looks, at least, entertaining. I'll probably end up seeing it, so long as the reviews aren't offensive.

One thing. "A Legend...Never Told". Well, if it's never been told, it's not really a legend then, is it?
