A New Wave turns out to be a movie that never really knows where it's going, or why.

Reviews for A New Wave
Instructive, but for reasons its makers won't like: it shows the difference that a good script and capable cinematography can make, as this film, sadly, has neither.
I hereby declare a moratorium on Reservoir Dogs references, explicit or implied, in all movies. Forever.
It's a minor film; one that doesn't embarrass itself even after it stumbles.
