Synopsis: A well-to-do family, headed by stern but loving airplane parts magnate Joe Keller, grimly contends with the loss of a son in a World War II firefight. Their wounds are reopened when the lost son's... A well-to-do family, headed by stern but loving airplane parts magnate Joe Keller, grimly contends with the loss of a son in a World War II firefight. Their wounds are reopened when the lost son's former fiancee finds comfort in the arms of his surviving brother. Worse still, the fiancee's brother drives a wedge between father and son by alleging that Keller's substandard hardware contributed to the deaths of innocent flyboys - a crime for which Keller's business partner took the fall.
