Synopsis: Jaswinder (Ritesh Deshmukh) leaves his family in Punjab to seek the American dream. In the U.S., he meets blonde, bubbly Sally (Brande Roderick), whom he eventually marries. Jaswinder changes his name to Jimmy, and settles into a life more or less like the one he was hoping for. Back home, Jimmy's strict father is hoping to marry him off to Richa, an Indian woman. Jimmy returns home to Punjab, where he indulges his father's wishes without making it known that he already has a wife in the U.S.--which is no problem until he takes his father and his new bride back to America!
