Mark Burns (STARDUST) stars as Bernie, a wanderer in the grips of addiction. Together with his physically disabled daughter, Winnie (Beatrice Edney), Bernie winds up in a small beach town, and slowly proceeds to drink himself into a desperate oblivion.
