"The Murder at The Vicarage" sees Marple (Geraldine McEwan) getting involved in an investigation surrounding the death or Colonel Protheroe (Derek Jacobi) . Further mysteries abound in "The Body in The Library" when a dead girl is found in the stately house of a married couple, only for further murders to develop as Marple attempts to crack the case. "A Murder is Announced" features a highly unusual set of circumstances for the curious sleuth, as a murder is announced, in advance, via a newspaper. Finally, "4:50 From Paddington" shows that persistence can pay rich dividends, when Marple refuses to give up on a case that has baffled the police. [More]
