When the Japanese send a brilliant ninja named General Yashido to dispose of Mobile Nation, Chang makes an unsuccessful attempt to assassinate him. Chang ends up being forced to hand over his brother-in-law to his main antagonist. But when Chang's wife goes undercover in an effort to get closer to Yashido and to help her captive brother escape, she accidentally reveals her husband's whereabouts, and unwittingly sets off another bloody conflict between these two violently-opposed factions.
