Rob Gonsalves
Simply more of the same gritty superhero nonsense that appeals to depressed 15-year-old boys. And it's not done all that well, either. [More]

Your review isn't done all that well, either.

you dont like the crow.
Brandon Lee died making such an amazing film.
This would not appeal to 15 year depressed boys, and if it did I doubt they would find this action packed film depressing.
Make sure you review films like this correctly next time

Considering that I was 23 when this came out and STILL love it at 37 I think there's an underlying flaw in your reasoning.

Also, what do you mean, 'not done all that well'? Along with T2, this movie pioneered CGI, paving the way to the FX technology we take for granted today.

Oh, and my fifteen-year-old DOES love this movie, by the way. The thing is, SHE'S a girl and not depressed at all. Kind of shoots a few holes in your theory, huh?

2007 eyes viewing a stellar 1994 release...sure Mr. Lee tragically died, but the movie was so stylized and different from anything out in the theatres then that it really stands out as a forerunner of atmospheric movies to come...

Could be a lot more offensive to fans of this film next time around?
