Be warned: Dinosaurs is a little scary. Nothing tries to eat you, which is nice, but with the 3D effect, these ginormous creatures practically perch -- menacingly -- on your armrest.

Reviews for Dinosaurs 3D: Giants of Patagonia
The film reminds us that in birds, dinosaurs 'have left us only their grace and beauty,' for which, as a small mammal (at least in comparison to a 45-foot-long carnivore), I'm grateful.
An intelligently crafted Imax film that is as rooted in science as it is cloaked in the thrilling images of CGI.
... the perfect blend of scholarly information and totally cool dinosaurs brought to vivid life.
Rare among large-format movies, Patagonia even has a sense of humor, nicely underplayed by narrator Donald Sutherland.
