The series satirizes the magical girl, mecha, ecchi (soft core adult) harem, and sentai (costumed superheroes a la the Power Rangers) genres in equal measures. New in town, Suzuo is desperate for a job and a place to stay. Tanpopo is desperate for someone to test out her new power suit to gain a development contract with the Galaxy Federation Police. When the two meet, everything seems perfect: Suzuo will become the Ultraman-like Dokkoida, and in exchange has a new home. The problem, however, is that his new room is in a house full of Dokkoida's enemies and rivals. DOKKOIDA is satirical adventure Animé directed by Hitoyuki Matsui (INUYASHA).
