RT-UK Exclusive: Win Tickets to the World Premiere of "Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer"
by Joe Utichi | June 04, 2007
Discuss Article
The Silver Surfer is set to rise into theatres this month and if you live in the UK you could see the Fantastic Four tackling his planet-wrecking threat earlier than your friends - Rotten Tomatoes UK has a pair of tickets to the film's world premiere in London to give away.

Transport is not included, so you'll need to be based near London or with the means to travel to London for the premiere on the evening of June 12th.

And now for the obligatory plot synopsis: Based on the archetypal Marvel comic book characters, this second Fantastic Four title sees the first family of superheroes - ‘Mr Fantastic’ (Ioan Gruffudd), ‘The Invisible Woman’ (Jessica Alba), ‘The Human Torch’ (Chris Evans) and ‘The Thing’ (Michael Chiklis) – meet their greatest challenge yet as the enigmatic, intergalactic herald, The Silver Surfer, comes to Earth to prepare it for destruction. As he races around the globe wreaking havoc, the Fantastic Four must unravel the mystery before all hope is lost.

Our friends at Fox have a pair of tickets up for grabs for one lucky Rotten Tomatoes reader and their friend/acquaintance/significant other and we'll be choosing that winner at random from emails received.

To be in with a chance of winning, all you need to do is tell us the answer to the following question: Laurence Fishburne provides the voice, but which Hellboy star provides the motion capture reference for The Silver Surfer in Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer?

Send your answer with your name, location and mobile telephone number to ukfeedback@rottentomatoes.com before the closing date, June 10th. We'll notify winners on that date!

Happy Surfing!

The Surfer doesn't wreck planets. Galactus does. I just know Galactus is going to be somethign stupid in this. I'll be all excited and then as soon as they show Galctus the storm cloud I'll be so disappointed.

You would be better off reading the first 100 issues of the original Fantastic Four comics from the sixties and seventies.
