He gets stoned while on duty and solicits johns for the local whorehouse. But Miniver's choices are about to become a lot more difficult: his cousin, incarcerated in the jail where "Fast-Walking" works, lets Miniver in on a plot to knock off black militant William Galliot (Robert Hooks). However, Miniver has already accepted money to facilitate Galliot's escape. Now "Fast-Walking" has to decide whether to kill Galliot or help him... and either way, someone's going to be very angry.
