This Incredible Hulk collection contains two made for TV films, THE INCREDIBLE HULK RETURNS and THE TRIAL OF THE INCREDIBLE HULK, that are continuations of the popular TV show that ran from 1978-1982. Once again, Bill Bixby is Dr. David Banner and Lou Ferrigno his alter ego, the Hulk. In THE INCREDIBLE HULK RETURNS, the Hulk teams up with fellow comic book hero Thor to fight evil just as Banner seems to have found a cure for his big green alter ego. THE TRIAL OF THE INCREDIBLE HULK finds Dr. Banner on trial in New York after being accused of assault by a woman pressured to lie by the nefarious Kingpin. Defended by attorney Matt Murdock, who moonlights as the superhero Daredevil, Banner eventually teams up with his attorney to bring down Kingpin after the Hulk escapes from jail. [More]
