This time, the bumbling sleuth must get to the bottom of a plot to steal Metro City's monumental new acquisition, the prehistoric egg of a giant flying lizard! The egg is about to hatch, and if the Inspector and his young niece Penny don't get it back fast, the enormous creature will reduce the city to rubble. Aided by his myriad of devices, as well as his niece's more logical tendencies, he just might be able to solve the mystery in time.
