The creepy residence appears to contain plenty of secret passageways, and a looming, evil energy that appears to emanate from a cursed cat who patrols its grounds. As people slowly meet a grizzly demise, Margheriti piles on lashes of dark, gothic imagery to create an ominous mood amid the blood, guts, and gore.
