Lucas on Connery's "Indy 4" Involvement
Summary
We haven't seen much of Sean Connery since "The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen," but if George Lucas has his way, the legendary actor will appear in "Indiana Jones 4." But if not, oh well. Back to Article

Vitamin M writes: on May 07 2007 07:20 AM Connery can save his revenge for when he plays Lucas in the biopic! "Come on Mark do the scene!" "I'll do my best Mr. Lucas." "You're best?! Losers are always wining about their best! Jedi's go home and f**k the prom queen!" "Was Leia a prom queen? I'm confused." (Reply to this) |

firstlensman writes: on May 07 2007 08:04 AM Category: JONES, INDIANA Connery: Hah, I've got you now Trebek! I'll take my "Jones In Diana" for $1000! Trebek: That's "Jones, Indiana" as in the movie where you played his father, you idiot! Connery: Well, Papa got Diana while son was trampsing around the desert looking for a cup! Trebek: Well, I see we've sunk to an all time low. Connery: The only thing I sunk was your mother last night! (Reply to this) |

clamman27 writes: on May 07 2007 09:14 AM I love how Weinberg always has to interpret quotes for us. Maybe it just means if Connery says no, they'll have to re-write the script rather than re-cast him. Unless you can read George Lucas' mind, really there's no point in interpretting what the man said. Plus, I think wer're all smart enough to come up with our own interpretations thank you very much. And yes... we've heard this before. Any reason to repost it as "new"s? Hardly. (Reply to this) |

unbreakable_samurai writes: on May 07 2007 09:25 AM Hopefully he does it, I love the Indy movies and I heard Connery will probably retire soon, so he should end his career with this and not LXG for goodness sake. (Reply to this) |

Ultimale069 writes: on May 07 2007 12:08 PM Just have Daryl Hammond do an impersonation of Sean Connery for the Indiana Jones movie. A little digital tweaking, and nobody's the wiser! (Reply to this) |

Floor Man writes: on May 07 2007 12:55 PM In reply to this comment (#864202) I sooo hope he does it. When Connery's good, he's good. And under the direction of Spielberg, is there any doubt? I haven't seen good ol' Sean in a long time, and it's be nice to see him in a production as good as this. Yeah, he deserves to retire with his last movie being an awesome one. (Reply to this) |
