On the way they encounter a girl stranded after a plane crash with nothing to wear but a skimpy bikini. The band takes the giant ape back to Hong Kong, but things get out of hand, resulting in the destruction of many model buildings and toy helicopters. Created in the wake of hysteria following Dino De Laurentiis' 1976 remake of KING KONG, this is a bad-movie classic, rereleased thanks to Quentin Tarantino and his Rolling Thunder Pictures. [More]

Reviews for The Mighty Peking Man
Before the big third act smash-o-rama, the audience is treated to some of the most unintentionally hilarious footage ever committed to film.
I am awarding Mighty Peking Man three stars, for general goofiness and a certain level of insane genius.
