Just as he is about to release a CD-Rom that will destroy the careers and lives of his co-workers and employees, he is killed in a tragic accident. Arriving at the gates of heaven, Archie is told that he must return to Earth to redeem himself for all the mistakes he made the first time around. An adamant dog-hater, Archie is appalled to find out he that will be reincarnated as a fluffy white Pomeranian named Quigley. Assisted by his guardian angel Sweeney (the only one who sees Archie in human form), Quigley must prevent the CD-Rom from circulating, and try to repair the relationships he sabotaged during his previous existence. This quirky family film also stars Curtis Armstrong, Oz Perkins, and Christopher Atkins. [More]
