When a serial killer begins preying on the rail-thin participants of the "Slim Queen" beauty contest with an especially grisly calling card--starving his victims or amputating body parts until they reach the desired weight of 70 pounds--police detective Wong (Hong Kong leading man Anthony Wong, INFERNAL AFFAIRS) enlists the help of a beautician, Cherrie (Cherrie Yin), to crack the case with a twisted game of cat-and-mouse.
