He hires small time grifter, Archie (Norman Reedus), to do the job, but when Archie falls for Divana, the murder is faked and Archie attempts to take the money anyway--only to find that he was double-crossed and set up for the crime. Reviews for Tough Luck
A well-made, hard-boiled B movie with some good atmosphere and no pretensions about being anything more than that.
