Once there, Louise realizes the place is a rundown old mansion run by a bunch of kooks. Despite the strange behavior of her coworkers, Louise tries to warm to their ways, eager to blend in and become a spectacle. Outside of Delpy, Henderson, and to some extent even Walter and West, “Villa Des Roses” is the worst kind of indifferent feeling one can have toward a movie.
