Mark Glover stars as Jack Williams, a cop whose life is falling to pieces. His wife leaves him, a new hallucinogenic drug is brainwashing all who use it, and he is assigned to infiltrate the Breeders, a dangerous group of toughs who are really a new race created by demons. When Jack finds that his daughter has been kidnapped by this group and that his wife has become their leader's plaything, he vows to save his daughter from their evil clutches. However, he soon learns that the Breeders have spawned the Antichrist and that he must do everything in his power to destroy it.
