Haunted by these visions of a woman being burned on a beach and tormented by mysterious hooded figures, she goes to an island retreat for troubled teens. There, with the help of child psychologist Professor Avebury (Joanna Cassidy), she hopes to discover the cause of her dream. She finds much more than that when she encounters the enigmatic, magnetic Bethany (Nicole Marie Monica), whose claims of being a witch seem ever more believable. As Angela becomes more and more involved with Bethany she realizes that her dream is actually a memory of a past life, and the very beach where she finds herself may hold the key to what haunts her.
