Reviews for Woodstock
A funky curio that defines the mood and spirit of its time, but which seems dated in many good and bad ways.
a dazzling reminder of a simpler, younger time and the brief promise it attained.
Sprawling and overlong, it's nonetheless a valuable time capsule. You get the impression nothing could take the place of being there to witness the legendary event firsthand.
An important sociological document as much as a massive who's who of rock and folk in 1969.
