Trailer Bulletin: The Family Stone
by Scott Weinberg | September 27, 2005
Discuss Article
Wanna see a wild & wacky Christmastime ensemble comedy starring Diane Keaton, Rachel McAdams, Claire Danes, Dermot Mulroney, Sarah Jessica Parker, Craig T. Nelson, and Luke Wilson? Well, maybe if you check out this all-new trailer, it will help make up your mind.

Written and directed by Thomas Bezucha (he once directed a flick called "Big Eden"), "The Family Stone" looks to be more like "Home for the Holidays" than "Christmas with the Kranks," and the trailer's just schizophrenic enough to pique my interest.

The Fox flick is scheduled for release on November 4th.

Big cast, some of them are cool. And thank god it doesn't look to be like Christmas with the Kranks.
