Ask Rotten Tomatoes a Question!
Editors bravely face your most irrelevant, irreverent questions.
In honor of the legendary "Ask a (insert job/age/gender/personality disorder) Anything" forum threads and per Smi1ey's suggestion, this week, the Rotten Tomatoes Review Revue is giving you the opportunity to...(drum roll for anticipation....wait for it, wait for itttt...) Ask Rotten Tomatoes a Question!
Our resident pacifist, mailman, and community manager RT-Ryan will be sorting through your submissions from his lawn chair next to the Home Alone furnace in Rotten Tomatoes' basement to select (and responsibly screen) questions to be answered on this week's RT Review Revue. He will scrawl your questions into hieroglyphics with a fat purple crayon while mumbling something about Jenna Fischer before your q's are read semi-live (as in, we'll record it live, broadcast it via tape-delay, especially for the West Coast) on Rotten Tomatoes.
Want to know our editors' favorite movies of this summer so far (what up, MTV Movie Awards) or our favorite movies of all time? Wondering why a particular car, movie, mom, or scene topped out a Total Recall list? Maybe you want to hear about our worst theater experience or biggest movie pet peeves? (looking at you, Mr. Restless Leg Syndrome) Want to know our celebrity crushes or guilty filmic pleasures that we can share with no one but our friends on RT?
While we won't be able to answer every question as some will inevitably end up on the cutting room floor or with bite marks on RT-Ryan's Grimace themed placemat, we'll do our best to answer your best movie/hygiene/romance questions AND you'll get a shout out on this week's Review Revue.
So ask away, chiggedy-check yourself before you wreck yourself, as we await your best questions with bated breath. Check out the RT Review Revue this weekend to see if your question made the cut!

![]() on May 14 2008 02:10 PM How come theres no fresh movie topics over the weekends? I need my fix of film news on a daily basis or I go all furry and bark at the moon. This is not a good look, especially for the weekend. Do you all take weekends off? Also, it would be much better if the column LATEST NEWS was at the top of the pile, its the freshest part. Just a site suggestion. Also, give Uwe Boll a poke in the chops from me if you see him. He doesnt know me, but Im pretty sure you could convince him that he does. (Reply to this) |

on May 14 2008 02:11 PM have you guys ever hooked up / done the dirty in a movie theater? not with eachother of course, but in general. i once got hand job from an ex-girlfriend during 'attack of the clones' and a family, who we thought were sitting far enough away, apparently weren't and moved to another part of the theater. oops. good thing i brought extra napkins! there's one way to make that movie more enjoyable. i walked out of there thinking it was the greatest thing since 'jedi' (SO wrong). so hows about it? any lusty encounters after the lights went down? on May 14 2008 02:20 PM I don't know if you can answer this but here goes. How many more of those "genre" movies are they going to make. By they I am talking about Aaron Seltzer and whoever else makes those films. I am really curious, I have been following (not watching) their release since Scary Movie and it's kind of a phenomenon, like a Uwe Boll film minus the German tax loop-hole. (Reply to this) |

on May 14 2008 02:35 PM Why don't these talkbacks have "report abuse" or "ignore" features? (meaning some articles end up with spam that never gets removed) (Reply to this) |

on May 14 2008 02:38 PM What movie scheduled for release this year do you think will be the biggest surprise at the box office? Or, of all the films you have viewed, which one is the most impressive on HD? Finally, after his Oscar-worthy performances in The Road Warrior and Commando, what has become of Vernon Wells and can you make contact with him? (Reply to this) |

![]() on May 14 2008 03:40 PM Does Uwe Boll always carry that ***** eatin' grin like the one in the picture you posted, or does he actually look 'not crazy' in person? Further, are you guys' done effing around with the website? I've noticed the last couple days that the site is actually loading fully and not taking a half hour to pull up the home page. on May 14 2008 04:22 PM When you talk with Uwe Boll, can you print your questions such as "tomwaitsjr asks why God hasn't given you a good smite?" That will make us users feel all special, and warm, and like a little happy puppy. -Tom= (Reply to this) |

on May 14 2008 06:16 PM First of all, let me tell you that I've been a loyal reader for years now and that this is the first (and sometimes only) website that I check when I want to know about a certain film. My question is this: The current design for RT is a complete and utter disaster, to put it mildly. RT used to be known (and revered) for being incredibly simple, accessible and quite beautiful, if you compare it with other movie sites like IMDB or Cinematical, for example. However, much to the user's regret, now it's the exact opposite. I know I'm not alone in this criticism. Have you guys at any point considered simply going back to the old design, you know, the one that worked just fine and didn't need any changes whatsoever? (Reply to this) |

on May 14 2008 06:55 PM Are you frightened by movies that are "gay" oriented? I'm not. What's it mean when I look at the guys I play soccer with and feel closer to them than any woman I've ever met? (Reply to this) |
