AskMen.com Reveals 2009's Most Desirable Women
Who's #!?

Discuss Article
If you were to make a list of the things the Internet is good for, it would have to include "looking at provocatively posed celebrities" at or near the top -- and "arguing about Internet lists" not far behind. Once again, AskMen.com has managed to combine the two in its annual rundown of the Top 99 Most Desirable Women.

Compiled by the readers and staff of AskMen.com, the list seeks to reflect true desirability; the site asked voters to "look beyond sex appeal" and cast their votes for "women who have the characteristics they value in a potential companion, like intelligence, humor, charisma, and ambition." More than 10 million votes were cast, and the results are in -- a list that includes many of the names you'd expect, such as Kate Winslet, Mila Kunis, and Jessica Alba, while leaving room for plenty of surprises.

Intrigued yet? Of course you are. Follow the link below for an eyeful of all 99 alluring ladies!

I'd go with DiCaprio's secretary in Revolutionary Road, I think she's actually the granddaughter of Elia Kazan. Anyway, hot as hell. That or Christina Ricci.

Eva Mendez should not be number one, she has a nice body but her face is too masculine.

Yeah, there's no way a butterface should be #1. But you could tack giant boobs to a sheet of drywall and a lot of guys would vote for it.

umm... Olivia Wilde (13) from House....?!?!? Where was she on this list. One of the most attractive women on TV. She's on one of the most popular long running shows and she's been cast in TR2N, one of the more anticipated movies of the year. What's hotter than that?

I'm not going to bother going through the list. . .

Anybody let me know if Shirley Manson or Jen Yamato are on it.

Adrianna Lima has been my favorite for years, this is her first time out of the top ten in about 5 years or so, shame. Ah well, she never did have that much exposure. I don't get Marisa Miller's appeal, to me she's a butterface. I thought Megan Fox would be number 1, I was shocked by that. Also by Alba's and Biel's listings. At least Angelina Jolie was finally properly placed.

Looks like tomwaitsjr is trying to be a player.

Anyway, I naturally read this making sexy groaning noises with a french laugh. So many great bodies. I'm not sextist, I think all women are attractive. Even more so if they're famous. I like all actresse. I thought Karen Allen looked great... I wish I was kidding... I need help. And don't call Mendez, butterface. She and every actress in "The Spirit" look delicious. With Scarlett as Silken Floss being the hottest. Yep, Scarlett however you spell her lat name as Silken Floss got me the sweatiest.

It is not. But Ask Men and RT are both owned by IGN entertainement.

Kristen Bell was waaaay more beautiful with shoulder-lenght hair like in Veronica Mars season 1.

Rihanna is sexy as hell, especialy wth short hair. I cannot believe this women is the same age as me.

And I soooooo not agree with the Top 2 position. They may have boobies, but they don,t have the charm. Like, at all.

Alicia Keys,Halle Berry, Jessica Biel, Olga Kurylenko, Gemma Arterton (not on the list, somehow), Elizabeth Banks, and Natalie Portman (how in the world is she not on the list?). Megan Fox is all right looking, I guess, but somehow I've gotten over her spell.

Ya know I am not yet thirty (couple months left) but I have a feeling I am getting old.

Evangeline Lilly is Top 5 on a bad day and on a good day there is no other number one.

Where is Natalie? Definately a WTF moment!

Where is Jennifer Love Hewitt?

Eva Longoria isn't in the top 20 WTF!

Am I getting old?

To be honest one of the downright sexiest women on this planet is Marissa Tomei, she constantly gets overlooked.

Oh well. I guess if you are not in Victoria's Secret these days you just don't rate.

Also what is with the weird *** poses?! No pun intended. They aren't sexy people.

All right looking? Fox is all right looking? Fox is stalking worthy. In "Transformers" the only bad visual effect is that she is allegedly a high school student. She looked more like a stripper. And that's just fine.

There were a couple glaring omissions - Minka Kelly and Jennifer Love Hewitt to name a couple - but I thought the Top 10 list was pretty good (other than the top spot).

Katherine Heigl dropped from her #1 spot to somewhere way, way down the list. The drop in ranking was like a college basketball team getting 0 people in their recruiting class after winning the national championship and seeing everyone go pro.
