Well directed, tense, psychological thriller which stars Robert Wagner playing against good boy type. Kinda creepy. I enjoyed it. |

BVD is one of my all-time faves, but I hated "The Mother." It made me depressed but not sad. It's the only film I've seen where having sex with a 60 year old woman doesn't look like fun, and Daniel Craig goes from Sweetest Guy in the World to Bitter, Abuse Coke Freak a little too quickly for my tastes.

I agree. Daniel Craigs character was a little messily written. The did well with the material though. I felt the other relationships were real that it was a bit too close to the bone and uncomfortable. Depressing, yes.
