Banderas takes up the role of the Mariachi in the second installment of Rodruiguez' trilogy, and thank God. He's fun to watch, and the film is fun to watch, to a certain extent.
Even though I find Rodruiguez grossly irritating, this film is quite an achievement. And it's certainly worth a look.
Bright, brilliant, and beatiful, Heat is a wonderous film to behold, and will keep you on the edge of your seat.
A superlative game, albiet with a few minor niggles, but can you beat the Original SW Trilogy? No.
