It's been three days since I watched Brokeback Mountain in the theater and it's still haunting my dreams and thoughts.

The screenplay is amazing, but what's even more amazing is the cast's ability to nail every single line perfectly and deliver characters so driven and emotional you quickly begin to think of them as friends instead of actors on a screen.

A lot of people's ending response is disappointed I've noticed, and that doesn't surprise me. Though the ending was fantastic, it did start to feel a bit long. However in everyone's case they admit to later being "haunted" by it, and such was the case with me. I went home, lied in bed, but couldn't sleep because certain lines, certain scenes came storming back.

You don't have to be gay to watch this, there's actually more hetero sex scenes than gay anyway. It's a powerful story that every mature person needs to see.
