Saw it a little while ago so I cannot remember everything, but I thought it was a pretty good if a bit odd and mysterious character study.

Funny People (2009)
I agree with the consensus. It is a funny movie with some decent character development and depth. Apatow has a problem with film length though. Both this and Knocked Up felt a bit too long. However, Funny People is a step up in overall quality and the pros outweigh the cons.
