A nice film with Doris Day and Clark Gable. A worthy watch. Heartfelt story and great acting.
The Great Dictator had some very funny moments, but it also had some rather dull ones as well. The film is at times annoyingly loud (mostly from the long speeches by Charlie Chaplin when assuming the Hitler-spoofed character Adenoid Hynkel); almost ear piercing even. But... More
The Bullfighter and the Lady is a wonderful movie about Bullfighting in Mexico. Great performances all around. Gilbert Roland, who played Manolo Estrada, has an uncanny resemblance to Robert De Niro.
Sleuth was a fun film with great performances by the only two actors ever on screen (Michael Caine and an especially wonderful performance from Laurence Olivier). The suspense is great, the twists fun, and the plot innovative. Check this one out.
It's no Raging Bull, Million Dollar Baby, or any of the Rocky films, but Body and Soul is a wonderful boxing flick. I highly recommend this one.
