Critics: Check Top Critics: N/A Community: Check Friends: Check Favorites: N/A Posted on 6/23/09 at 12:39 PM The Mod Squad is a below average action film that was very slow and had a plot that if you actually paid attention to it, I think you may kill many brain cells. First, the cast was okay. Claire Danes is someone I have never really liked and this is another reason why. Omar Epps was okay, but I actually liked Giovanni Ribisi, don't ask me why. The worst thing about The Mod Squad, besides the plot, was the style of it. The stupid music and that kind of stuff made it feel like a 1970s clothes ad. Now, the worst plot was this plot and the screenplay, which was nominated for a Razzie. The dialogue was super ridiculous and the story was the most generic, idiotic thing ever. They stumble upon a case, act cool, then bust the cops and the drug kings. That story had nothing good about it and there was nothing really to watch because you knew everything that was going to happen.
