Strong performances by Sandra Bullock and supporting cast - a must-see movie, based on the true story of Michael Oher.
The film focusses primarily on Amelia's accomplishments as a woman in a male-dominated occupation. Considering the period (1930's), the movie is very inspiring. The relationship between Amelia and her husband (played by Richard Gere) is never at center-stage.
