Arrested Development. Over the years i've seen every episode atleast 4 times, and it always brings the laughs. More laughs each time since most of them are based on intimate details of the series.

Hmmm... I'm going with Simpsons (earlier, like 4-9) Although Family Guy is very funny.
Also... Green Wing The first 3 seasons of the Office Spaced is hilarious Arrested Development Top Gear *currently I find Parks and Recreation exceedingly enjoyable

South Park, The Big Bang Theory, The Simpsons. I loved My Name Is Earl, though it was canned last season. Family Guy hasn't been funny for years. I used to love it, but I got more laughs from one episode of South Park than the entire past season of Family Guy.
